ONLYLYON is a network organization with the ambition to develop the attractiveness of Lyon both in France and internationally. The organization associates institutional and corporate actors, and is supported by 27,000 ambassadors who promote the city of Lyon.
Prepared in close cooperation with ONLYLYON, this case-study provides detailed information about the organization and the development of the international ambassador network. Students are asked to elaborate the strategic analysis and propose recommendations to develop the ONLYLYON network.
